Firstly, being in position where both the parties have approached me to seek some kind of guidance to resolve the ongoing conflicts, i would be listening and analysing what both of them have disscussed with me. Soon after having a proper one to one conversation with both the members i would arrange a small cafetria meet where i would be calling both the members. So, that whatever are the issues between them that is coming up as an obstacle and troubling them in getting along each other could be disscused and all the misunderstandings get cleared right at that moment.
