first I Checked up PR/Indent ,Purchas order with Approved. qty-Weighment Slip Prepare Signature with Store Department.in case Qty  Damage or Shortage then will intimate to project head and raise the Debit note.2.Subcontrator bill also checked with Work order and MB ,tax part Recoveries and accounted. Then prepare out standing Liability
