Replied them no company either good👍 or bad 👎it depends upon the people through whom we are talking work and by whom decisions being executed. As far private and public company are concerned, I would go with, sustainable growth as well as career building, if company makes profit by plundering and taking three people work through one by paying him double, it would neither sustainable nor career making. Public or private, where vision, mission and objectives would be reflected in action, will be preferred.
