First Self intro, family background, educational background and then they asked about my total experience serial wise starting from my first company, asked about my profile and my job responsibilities and learnings from that job.... When they asked about my last company, the scope or questions become wide, they even asked about to sub department level questions, store related data e.g.- KPIs, various reports, shrinkage control and norms, I would say each and every activity which was going on to run the store operations smoothly... And finally they asked that, Please brief that who you are? How will you motivate your staff and how will you make them work and that too without any hassles. The interviewer took around 35 minutes to take my interview on Video call...
