I told them right at the beginning that I have no background in operations and so they only asked one question why supply chain. After that it was all CV based. They started with my work experience and covered all the sections in my CV. They asked exhaustively on my work experience section. I am a coder and hence they asked few things about that as well. This played a huge part in my selection. A few questions were asked on my extra curriculars, hobbies, interests as well.
