To add a network printer, you need to connect it to the network and install the printer driver on your computer.

Connect the printer to the network using an Ethernet cable or Wi-Fi.
Find the IP address of the printer.
Open the Control Panel on your computer and go to Devices and Printers.
Click on 'Add a printer' and select 'Add a network, wireless or Bluetooth printer'.
Enter the IP address of the printer and follow the on-screen instructions to install the driver.

There are two method of add a network printer first is.

First of all connect the power cable with printer and switch on the printer and connect LAN cable with printer then go to network setting inside printer then go to to static IP assignment there will ask for IP address, subnet Mask and default gateway we have to assign all adress one by one that network in which we want to install network printer.

After assigning the IP address exit from the printer and restart the printer then you will see your printer will be available in network.

After all process go to the that PC on which you want to to add printer install that printer driver software and follow the steps when you printer asked you to choose installation type then we can select with the help of network after that you can see your printer and printer IP address available in your driver software and follow the steps.
