Vlookup is a function in Excel used to search for a value in a table and return a corresponding value from another column.

Syntax: =VLOOKUP(lookup_value, table_array, col_index_num, [range_lookup])
lookup_value: The value to search for in the first column of the table.
table_array: The range of cells that contains the data.
col_index_num: The column number in the table from which to retrieve the value.
range_lookup: Optional parameter - TRUE for approximate match, FALSE for exact match.
Example: =VLOOKUP(A2, B2:D10, 3, FALSE) - searches for the value in cell A2 in the range B2:D10 and returns the value from the 3rd column.
Make sure the lookup value is in the first column of the table array.
