A very open ended case. Pan-IIT (a group of IIT alums) is looking to build an organization called “Reach for India”. The purpose is to hire top business school graduates and have them work with district collectors across India and help them solve some key national issues and also build a governing secretariat of top talent. The problem was to recommend the Pan-IIT board on how to go about building this organization
