Talked about my previous companies and salary. Before they conduct the interview I had told them my expectation, while negotiation they denied for providing that and were offering just 10% hike over my current salary. I was agrred to take whatever they are offering. Still, they put the profile on hold. HR are very irresponsible, they don't pick up the calls, don't respond to the emails. They collected the documents also. They follow DigiVerifier for candidate verfication. I have no PF account with any of my previous companies. But they even didn't go for manual verification. After some days, I got an email form them, they have rejected me because my interview assessment failed. How? They had sent me an email before that I had cleared all the rounds. This is ridiculous. If you don't want to hire candidates, why you are interviewing them. Very unprofessional.
