For Freshers: 1. Tell me about yourself? (It should cover your basic details and complete educational history along with the extra curricular activities, internships, achievements, etc, if any). 2. What to do understand about the job role you have applied for? (Do Google about the job role and the company you are applying for, if you don't have any idea). 3. What skills do you possess? (Time to flaunt your technical skills and interests. Much better if your answer matches the job profile. Be fluent with whatever skill you say because the question may arise further based on your skills) 4. What are your strength and weakness? 5. What goals have you set for upcoming 2-3 years and where do you see yourself further? 6. Why have you selected our company to interview and work with? (Just say you see lots of growth opportunities, good work environment, this company is playing a very vital role in terms of IT Advancement, This is your dream company you wanted to work for and anything which you find as a best response). 7. Do you have any questions for us? (Best is asking about the company and the job profile, even if you already know. Don't even dare to ask about salary or CTC in the first round of interview, doesn't makes a good impression. Even if the interviewer doesn't asks you like if you have any questions for them, please go ahead and say you want to ask few things and shoot these questions in the end of the interview). 8. Most of the questions will definitely arise from you CV, so do mention the points, skills and achivevements which are 100% valid and you can explain if anyone questions, do not fake things in you CV as it can be easily figured out). For Experienced: 1. Tell me about yourself. 2. About all your past work experience. 3. Technical questions related to the job profile. 4. Why did you left your previous organisation and what made you to select our organization to work further with. 5. May be they will discuss about your previous CTC. 6. Questions from your CV.
