Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - I'll not only talk about interview process but also about company environment. First of all it's not an MNC company it's like typical khokha(Mumbai small shop) kind of company. You need a source to get entry in this company or your knowledge should be on that level. They have huge team of hr but they all are useless. For reference I'm mentioning name riya fernandes(such a arrogant and useless hr). If u ask anything related to company policy or process related questions she won't be able to answer it and will ask you to connect with some senior hr. If she has an issue with u then she will disclose your personal details with everyone like your salary package. She will force you till you decide to leave because in this company hr think they are god. She is just a garbage. Manager will treat you like their slave. No working culture. They will cut some part from your salary in the name of variable pay but won't give ur money untill you decide to leave. Full of politics and drama.most of the people waste their time in gossiping and digging a grave for others. I've mentioned name cause by this people can confirm that I was an employee of this company. People will leave this company couse you will not learn anything here. Most of the people are working in this company since 25 years or 15 years and now people can understand why so much politics. Better to find a good environment because here you'll learn nothing.
