Post executive Screening and approval, HR salary round and role discussion. Had to bargain a lot to get to my current level. Tricky but good. Lot of paperwork though (of course online upload only). Have never seen such thorough screening. Max I was - asking for past 3 or 4 role paperwork(joining, leaving, experience etc.).
