10–15 years ago situation were different. That time very much depended on the family background of a candidate. It was presumed that a candidate from a good or educated family will be same as his / her family members.

Now the things are different. Candidates may not be from a educative family or from a family that is into job or service. But he / she could be an individual achiever. It was thought that a candidate whose family is into business will sooner or later move to family business and may not be stable. Or the candidate is seeking experience of business world on company’s expenses. It might be true, but not in all cases.
