For housekeeping the daily , weekly & monthly work schedule have to be prepared and breased to the staff. Then schedule of daily works as per proto be made i.e. cleaning of the lifts and the entrance bobby area to be cleaned first in the morning then the garbage collection to be done . After that dry and wet mopping to be completed . Dusting and other works can be done in the second half. For maintenance the daily , weekly & monthly check list of the exuipments to be made and maintenance staff to do the required excisers as per its schedule. For attending complaints a job sheet to be issued to the technician to see that the job is attended.

All the above works are the be checked by the managers to ensure that it is doen on time .
