When you are having a discussion with the person whom you are going to work for (and is explicitly a non-technical round - like I had), the round is know you as a person. This also gives you an opportunity to know the person you may end up working for. Remember - being honest is important as the company needs to know what kind of person they are hiring and more importantly you need to show the company what you are. Remember, working in a place with people and profile that suit you is most important, even then money.
