Dear All I had interviewed in mentioned company for accounts Executive job position with Having 4 Years experience in relevant field & 2 years in Procurement, As experience of 2-4 years required for that role mentioned on job post .I reached 1:30 pm and final interview end at near 4 or 4:30 pm. First it was HR round for interview which I cleared and refer to Technical round with Accounts department . The hiring manager interviewed some question about technical past used ERP and some entries and he also refer to a interview with VP. Now see the twist VP examined my past experience in my CV and finally he questioned some about which I had replied means 9.5/10 and that were right replies. At final VP discuss my profile hiring manager and said its all commercial profile experience whereas my experience meets 95% skills for that roles requirement. After somedays I got to know that VP gives that opportunity to his nephew who is fresher in that field with no experience. That's person rejects my profile saying to me that he judged child illness to me which was irrelevant discussion
