There is no organisation culture, they run it like private business shop. Where employees are treated like their house servants. They hire people from poor background and poor education skills and bond is there to make them toil 12/14hour. If you leave office by 6, they drag in the office and say this is school to leave office by 6PM. No respect to employees they brain wash you well. There was no salty slip generated unless you claim for one.
