Actually the question was tricky and they wanted to know what is the reaction of the candidate when it said that the department is very busy and there is lot of pressure each day. So what I simply said was : Mam pressure is what molds the best from scrap. With pressure comes challenges and with challenges comes various things to learn from, I am indeed hungry for learning new things which could be beneficial for me and if I am benefited then the company will also.
