If the team member is not able to contribute due to personal reasons, I would try to find a replacement or redistribute the work among the team members.
If the team member is not contributing due to lack of skills or knowledge, I would try to provide them with the necessary training or resources.
If the project is urgent and cannot wait for the team member to become available, I would try to find a temporary replacement or work extra hours to complete the project on time.
