in that condition we have two option 1st its alrady circulated if yes then we go ahead for further process and second suddenly recived then i talk to store person that materials take under our permises with agreement of owner that next day if my superior allowed then i can provide you reciept othrewise we have not responsible for that. and same msg drop to concern authroty.
