There is natural ability in every person. It may be more, less or mediocre. If we want to compete any level, there is certain gap of talent between we and our goal. A more talented person can fill up this gap very quickly but a less talented person will take more time. But a mediocre talented person will take a time which is according to the gap. We should work hard according to the gap of talent to reach the goal. Competitors should decide their working according to their talent. It should not be in their circumstances or any other problems.
When a condidate is quite clear about his /her goals he should assigned it around him with full devotion and honesty in planned direction. But we have to take advices and comments of our elders and teachers.
