GI RETAIL Company Secretary Interview Questions and Answers

Round: FINANCE HEAD
Experience: I was interviewed by the finance head in the first round and I answered certain questions related to my profession and she told me that I would be having another round of interview with their MD if shortlisted. Right after 2 weeks time they said they kept the position on hold and I said it's fine. Again after 4 weeks they called me for final round of interview with their MD . I went there n waited 2 long hours for the interview with their MD which eventually didn't and asked me to come again the next day and I went again next day and the next day gave my interview with MD and their MD said I will have another round of interview with another director. There after they have not turned up. They neither picked my call nor replied my msgs. To my shock after a weeks time they again sent requirement for CS to me through Naukri. These people are wasting the time of candidates asking them to come for the interview a number of times and not telling the outcome of it after that and again after sometime sending the requirement for CS. I believe this kind of indecisive structured companies should first see whether are in need of such position or not and call the candidate for the interview. Naukri should cleanse this kind of companies, which will save the efforts and time of candidates.
