Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - The company has some good projects but the work culture is very poor and unworthy for any candidate having prior work experience. The management has very less experience at handling good projects and COO himself tries to pressurise the employees. Company is not at all employee centric. There is no work timing as per the company policy and they want the employees to work 24 hrs daily. Also there are many company policies that are illegal. Company will ask for money if you resign in your probation and the employees are treated like slaves

We will use an array “count”, of size 26 such that each element of the array represents the number of a’s, b’s, c’s and so on… We will be using these frequencies to create a string, delimited by ‘#’ characters, that we will use as a key for our HashMap.
