I was screened by 2 of senior mangers in first round against job description for half an hour. In a second round, which was around for 2.5 hours, I had to solved 15 advanced questions on excel and 1 case study where I'd to find out key insights which I solved using tableau. In last round which was behavioural, I was asked about my previous background, leadership qualities and scenarios based question. All Big 4 companies in this round put efforts to find out whether candidate is good cultural fit pr not.
