Give proper answers of each and every question, conevence him/her that you are suitable for the respective profile, and when you give answer for question be confident and positive don't be nervous this is most important part of interview,and even if you don't the answer of few questions don't be hesitate or nervous be calm and you simply told him/her that you don't work upon it or just tell something about that topic whatever ypu know related to that topic.
