Greetings!

My name is Bhushan Bhagwan Dhamankar, I belong to Nagpur. I have done my Masters Degree in Computer Management from Nagpur University. In my family apart from my parents my younger brother, my wife, and my 2 years old son.

I have a total of 6 years of experience in the IT support field. Presently I am working with IT Network Pvt. Ltd. Nagpur.

My duty and responsibility is

Technical Troubleshooting, Network troubleshooting like IP Address. System / Application software Installation/uninstallation, like MS Office,

Troubleshoot system and network problems, printer issues, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.

Worked on HELPDESK Ticket

Outlook configuration and Troubleshooting.
