Interview Preparation Tips

General Tips: Mai hinglish me iska jawab dena chahunga

Co. achhihi hogi, mujhe jyada maloom nahi hai is co. ke bare me, iske online reviews kafi acchhe the so mai is jagah interview ko gaya tha
Graphic designer ke post ke liye interview tha.

HR mam ne mera 10 saal ka experience baju me rakha diya, aur bol rahi hai aap ka ENGLISH Communication achha nahi hai, jo sach hai nahi achha, mujhe bi pata hai. Lekin is bina par mujhe bola gaya aap is position ke liye fit nahi ho. Kyonki aap ki ENGLISH communication achhi nahi hai, mai bata doon mai B.com. graduate hoon. Bolne nahi par likhane aur samjhane to zaroor aati hai ENGLISH. Aur communication ka kahe to ye mai jo likh raha hoon ye samajh me aa hi gaya aap ke to communication ka bhi koi problem nahi hai thik.

Chalo, ye bhi point thik hai ke company ki policy hogi vaisi, hoti hai bahut sari company ki. HR mam bole mujhe ke app ne job description
padha tha kya thik se usme maine likha tha clear, ke 1. ENGLISH FLUENCY CHAHIYE aur 2. Academic Failure nahi chahiye (inho ne
ye bhi point nikala tha ke mai 11vi fail hoon) . Agar aap JD dekhe to aisa kuchh bhi mention kiya hua nahi hai.

To mai aap se yehi gujarish karunga ke aap bhale kisi bhi field ke ho, aur bhale 20 ya 10 saal ka experience kyon na ho, aap ko ENGLISH
bolne me taklif hai to aap is company me join nahi kar sakte. so please apna kimati waqt jaaya mat kijiye yaha interview ko aake. Aur bhi bahut si companies hai jo ENGLISH ko nahi aap ke talent ko parkhengi aur aap ko easily job mil jayega.
