Demo class 2. This was supposedly my final demo class. I had a major time crunch and i had informed about it prior to scheduling the interview, however the hr still showed up late. They attended my demo class and i was very late by that time. I was told that they will get back to me in 1 week. And the interview, demo class also went good. However, they contacted me full 20 days later. They said that they never mentioned about the remuneration being ₹2k. They said it could be max ₹1k. I was offered ₹500 per hour. I agreed to that. I confirmed if the classes would be fixed ie 6 hours per day or not. They said yes. I was supposed to join within 7 days. But, they didn't confirm my center. I contacted other faculty members via LinkedIn and i got to know that the orientation and everything happened way before i was even selected. I got confused. I tried to ask the hr to update me, give me the schedule of my classes and allot me my center so that i could relocate on time. They constantly ignored me. The hr didn't reply, if she did, she just gave random timeline and never reverted during that. Finally, i texted as well as mailed them that i will be visiting the center to talk to them personally, got no replies. When i went to the center, i was made to wait 30 mins, the employees were least bothered. The hr called me then and sounded angry, she said that i went to the center without informing anyone. After a minor argument, she said she'd let me know my schedule by Saturday. Another hr scheduled my meeting with the senior teacher for the next day. That meeting converted into a 2 min call and basically they told me that they do not have the students so they cant give me any classes. And that to wait 24hrs because they will try to give me online classes since i did so much hassle. At the eod, they didn't revert back to me. And since that day, i havent received any updates.
