Thanks for this question by seeing this question I remembered 9/15/2022 this is the last day for filling partnership returns and I got 50 returns to prepare of other team I did not say that's its their work why I burn out now but what I did is I saw the prepares availability and took their help by seeing this my director also helped our team by providing more resources who completed their filing so finally we completed it successfully as a team and parally completed my team work also.

If it's an interview question, the answer would mostly circle around managing you schedule, having a clear idea of time that the assigned task would take, to communicate any conflict in meeting the deadline (to ask for extension on the same if needed), check with the engagement and resource team to seek additional help. Etc
