A user story is complete if it meets all the criteria of INVEST.
Independence: User story should be self-contained and not dependent on other stories.
Negotiable: Details of the story can be negotiated between the team and stakeholders.
Valuable: Story should deliver value to the end user or customer.
Estimable: Team should be able to estimate the effort required to complete the story.
Small: Story should be small enough to be completed within a single iteration.
Testable: Story should have clear acceptance criteria for testing.
Example: A user story that is too large to be completed in a single sprint would not be considered complete.
Example: A user story lacking clear acceptance criteria would also be incomplete.
