HR is little typical and i was asked how i would be managing if at all there is a time stretching? I was also asked my personal and family details in which he understood that my presence is more important in family and asked me how could I manage?? There is only a single, simple and genuine answer from my end. I strongly replied him ,the one who is working in a companies like yours don't have families!!?? My family is my strength and with their support only I'm working in MNC's since 3 years. There was no answer from him. Ultimately,after 20days i got a call from HR stating that i have been selected for Cyient and asked me to check the email for the offer letter. I am happy working with Cyient.A best place where we enjoy working. I am proud that I'm a Cyientist now.
