Ulcer- occurs due to excess amount of stomach acid damage the digestive tract like esophagus,stomach and intestine area

Pressure ulcer- injuries to skin or underlying tissue as sores or bed sores

There is no difference. The terms pressure ulcer,bed sore, decubitus ulcer and pressure sore all refer to the same phenomenon
