Earlier I was worked with Reliance industries during on duty I had got in road accidient my right hands got fractured and Dr. was told me you need to take bed rest atleast 1 month I had taken 3-4 days rest and also I was taking follow up with my team related to work and business. 5th dat I had joined my duty because those months month was very crucial in business and I had focus to achieved the number for target achievement and finally me and my team achieved monthly and quaterly target..and also I had appreciated to my team member.
