First round was about your experience and performance. 2nd round was panel of 2 leaders. One of the leaders was normal :-). Other one, asked about training methodologies and plotter analysis for picking up projects for performance improvement. No one used these in my rich experience, however, these somehow gets preference always during the leadership interviews. Something's wrong with the leadership nowadays =- ARE WE PROMOTING THE RIGHT PEOPLE..LOL!
