In all we had 4 rounds. At first we were given to write an article on a topic given where we had options to answer any one from the given two. I chose to write on Small Finance Banks. Next, we had GD: Is media a boon or a bane? After that we were aligned for the interview and it was core technical. The questions were from Banking and Finance because it was all I majored in and moreover, the Company for which I was shortlisted is a Bank. They asked so many questions and I swear I don't remember much. They asked me about Basel 3 pillars, CAGR, Banking Risks, Banking operations, Financial Derivatives and many more. At last I'd appeared for an interview at Chennai and it was a basic HR round, but they ended my interview followed by question on politics. They asked me to state anyone of the parties which I think would come and why.
