As an engineer, we should realize that where we stand in this competitive world. We should make sure (through the required knowledge and skill) that we are employable. We need to impress the employers that we are going to become Asset and remain Asset to their organization.

Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Company is not clear and unsure about hiring towards a vacancy, have multiple options in mind (internal movement/referrals) and they keep dragging the process. Multiple levels of interview taking lot of time (more than 2months) yet no proper, professional update after the interview. Does not respect & value the time & efforts of the applicant. Do not waste your time with this company if they are not keen in completing the interview & offer process within 2weeks. They will go with the L1 candidate only, no matter how much they fake fairness. A Big NO for those who value their time!
