My tactics for conflict management involve active listening, finding common ground, and seeking win-win solutions.

I always listen carefully to both sides of the conflict to understand their perspectives.
I try to find common ground between the parties involved to build a foundation for resolution.
I work with the parties to identify win-win solutions that address everyone's concerns.
I remain calm and objective throughout the process to help de-escalate tensions.
I follow up with the parties involved to ensure that the resolution is working and to address any further concerns.
For example, in a previous role, I had two employees who were constantly arguing over the temperature in the office. I listened to both of their concerns and found that they both wanted to be comfortable while working. We worked together to find a temperature that worked for both of them and implemented a system to adjust the temperature as needed.
