I faced challenge and difficulty at project. When company send me at Ginger Vapi, Gujarat. As entire hotel will be installing with new AC. So, I took handover of entire hotel with new staff. I handled entire hotel without hotel manager and with new staff all were fresher. In that, we took one wedding group of 60 rooms for 3 nights, 70 rooms one triple occupancy for 3 nights (Welspun Group) and another wedding group of 30 rooms for 2 nights. We served hain food in restaurant for breakfast and dinner. In same month we made revenue more that budget. That was my one of the greatest experience at project.
