HR was not responding for a long time. Everytime I reached out to the HR they said we will let you know and this kept on going for almost two weeks. As usual one day I dropped a message and the HR responded saying let's do the discussion today. Why were they waiting for me to reach out? Had HR discussion again no response. After following up for two more weeks one day I got to know that position is not there anymore. I mean how disgusting that is? Why did they roll out the opportunity if they were not finalized with the position. And every day I used to see the same job getting promoted on linkedIn. Terrible first time experience with CAT. I wouldn't recommend anyone to join CAT. I feel bad for all the employees they have.
