How would you deal with a Scrum Team member who is struggling to collaborate and deliver ?

As a Scrum Master, the main motive is to remove all kinds of impediments which are causing the hindrance for a succesfull implementation of a project. As we see this is behavioural impediment caused by one of the team members, the first thing I would do is, try to arrange a small coffee discussion with the team member, find out the exact issue he is facing to colloborate with other scrum team members, Explain him the real benefits of agility and colloboration and advice him to try out every possible step he can as far as possible. Monitor him for a sprint or two and show him the progress. Try a more friendly way to know the real reason. Meet off the ground in his/her own comfort zone. Important thing is to know the problem and work on it.
