ALL QUESTIONS ASKED IN THE INTERVIEWS ARE AS GIVEN- There were 2 rounds of interviews in all and both through video conferencing. 1st one was a sort of screening where the HR asked the following questions: 1-About yourself? 2-Previous experience(if any)?3-Academic performances i.e. the percentages secured. 4-Why you did the BBA/MBA?(ie the degree you would be having) 5-Why sales? 6-This job would be a very hectic and pressure-exerting job will you be able to handle such? 7-Sell me the course(to a mother whose kid is in class 7th) 8- What's your plan if not selected in this interview?9- Family background. AFTER 2 DAYS THERE WAS THE 2ND AND THE FINAL ROUND THROUGH VIDEO CONFERENCING. Here also same questions were repeated and then when the HR seemed satisfied he further showed some ppts in which some heads like TEAMWORK, LONG WORKING HOURS AUTHORITATIVE MANAGER etc were there. He asked that which of these three you DONT want to work with. Some other slides where were shown and in those also, he asked to select 3 or 4 out of them. Also if you have any gap between your education or after an education that will also be asked in both rounds.
