POM stands for Page Object Model. Its a type of Automation Framework Model in which Every Web page of the AUT is considered as a Page Object. & stored as a Java Class File. This Java Class file will find & verify the all  the  Web Elements on the Web page required for Automation Testing. POM makes the Code more readable, reusable & maintainable.  POM makes the Object Repository independent of the Test Cases. i.e., We can integrate POM with Junit/ TestNG for Functional Testing & with Cucumber for Acceptance Testing.
