When asked he tells that he don’t like to sit with team leader neither with his team is because they make too much noise and the bright lights give him headach. So he prefers sitting in the corner where the light is dim and their is no much noise as their is just 1 bay beside him. What would you say in order to encourage him to engage more with his team?
