First question was What is your surname. Since I got top position in pan India in my bank during casa campaign and got certificates of appreciation from chairman of my bank and topped my branch throughout year in all campaigns and got subsequent letters of appreciation from my zonal managers .This was a unique achievement in a new branch which was opened by chairman during the year of campaigns and I was given responsibility of branch head since opening of branch till I was there. Therefore general manager and other DGMs AGMs members of interview board were impressed by the performance . They did not feel the necessity to ask other questions since all parameters were positive which was on record before interview board members. And i was promoted to chief manager on the same day by declaration of result.
