like preparation of Invoice : when do prepare the Invoice , before that purchase order should be received from customers and then as per order we can provide requsite items with proper consent of customer about ; rate , quantity , colours etc. after satisfaction then we can raise invoice against customer with accurate tax rate.

In invoice should be shown some data , like;

1] BUYER NAME & SALER NAME

2] ADDRESS OF BOTH

3] DATE

4] GSTN NO.

5] PAN NO.

6] P.O NO.

7] RATE & QUANTITY( AS PER APPROVAL )

8] TAX RATE

9] STAMP WITH SIGN ( SALER)

10] RECEIVED COPY OF INVOICE FROM CUSTOMER
