This is most baffling ... Got an email that all the rounds were successful. Recruitment team has sent email with subject : "Documents required for offer rollout" , asking for confidential and personnel documents. Upon sharing the documents, it was complete silence. Had to follow up both on emails and phone calls only to know that candidature was kept on hold , as other candidates being interviewed. This could be informed without even asking for the confidential documents. They were just swindling around.
