I have been a part of a big team in the past, I believe if you want to grow in your career, you must learn from everyone around you, I have been working with my supervisors on achieving the goals for our team, had been assisting him with his job role, and I had been doing it, because I was sure about taking a senior leadership role asap. And I am confident with the learning and skills I have got I will be able to manage bigger team to the best, I can build, manage a higher performing team.
