Domain Authority based on backlinks and was concept of moz that scale from 1-100. Domain rating is matrix discovered by ahref that scale form 0-100. Both worked on different concept.

Moz created DA, DR is created by Ahrefs. DA Measures various SEO factors while DR Measures Strength of a websites backlink profile.
