Sir, I been successfully managing HR/Adm Department with utmost clarity, Motivating staffs from diferent level to perform effectively for the organisational goal. I have been able to manage events in different occasions and successfully managed the problems arised in the organisation like labour problem, in the time of accidents or any other situation. I have been able to maintain good liasion with local public and govt officials for smooth running of project. I have been able to manage labours, workers there welfare and attendance transperently so that billing department would not have problem preparing bills. I have been able to send monthly MIS report so the top level management would have the proper information regarding the site works and our staffs.
