I answered this question straight from my previous official desk because I knew the facts quite well. We as a Legal Dept. often have to prove ourselves especially before the Senior Management. And therefore, many a times, we aren't successful to satisfy their requirements. However, Mr. Srivastava (interviewer) took this discussion to a different tangent by asking me whether there is really a word called as "private" complaint under section 200 of the Indian Penal Code. The answer is "Yes" and it is under 200 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and not IPC :) :)
